1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
- Every person shown or referenced in your content must be a consenting adult, 18 or older, and you must be able to prove this if asked.
- You must own or have full rights to the content and the accounts you promote through FanPull.
2. Zero tolerance
The following are strictly prohibited, will result in immediate termination, and where illegal will be preserved and reported to the relevant authorities:
- Any content depicting, sexualizing, or involving minors (CSAM), in any form, real or simulated.
- Non-consensual content, including “revenge” material, hidden-camera or leaked content, and anything shared without the depicted person’s consent.
- Content depicting non-consensual acts, trafficking, coercion, or exploitation.
- Impersonating another person or promoting content or accounts you do not own or have rights to.
- Deepfakes or AI-generated sexual content of real people without their consent.
- Bestiality, or content that is illegal in the jurisdictions where it would be published.
3. Platform compliance
Each destination platform has its own rules, and you are responsible for following them. In particular, mainstream discovery platforms such as TikTok and Instagram require safe-for-work content. You agree to keep the content you publish there within those platforms’ guidelines, and not to use FanPull to circumvent a ban, evade platform enforcement, or operate accounts in violation of a platform’s terms.
4. Prohibited conduct
- No spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or deceptive or fraudulent promotion.
- No using FanPull to harass, threaten, dox, or endanger anyone.
- No malware, scraping of others’ data, or attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- No reselling or sublicensing FanPull without our written permission.
- No misrepresenting your identity, age, or ownership of accounts and content.
5. How we publish
FanPull never logs into your accounts or posts for you. You review and publish every post yourself. This means youremain responsible for what is posted and where, and you must ensure each post complies with this policy and the destination platform’s rules before you publish it.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice depending on severity. Illegal content will be handled as required by law, including preservation and reporting. Termination for a serious violation does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Reporting a violation
If you believe someone is misusing FanPull, or that your content or image is being promoted without your consent, contact us immediately at the email below. We take these reports seriously and act quickly.
