Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

Your content is your livelihood, so we treat privacy as a core feature, not an afterthought. This policy explains what we collect, why, who can see it, and how you stay in control. It applies to the FanPull service, which is run as an independent business; the person responsible for your data can be reached at the email listed below.

1. Information we collect

  • Account details — your name, email, and login credentials for the FanPull dashboard.
  • Content you upload — photos, videos, clips, and captions you share so we can build your promo plan.
  • Your brief — your niche, boundaries and hard no’s, and which of your own accounts you publish from.
  • Performance data — clicks on the tracked links we generate, plus any subscriber counts or results you choose to share for your baseline and weekly notes.
  • Billing information — handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
  • Usage and device data — basic logs, IP address, and cookies needed to run and secure the dashboard.

2. How we use your information

  • To draft, reformat, and schedule your multi-channel promo plan.
  • To measure your prior four weeks and set the baseline we work to beat.
  • To generate tracked links and show per-channel attribution.
  • To provide support, send your weekly strategist note, and process billing.
  • To secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

3. AI and human review

Your uploads are seen by exactly two parties: the AI systems we use to draft your plan, and the single strategist assigned to your account. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train publicly-available or third-party AI models. Any AI providers we use are bound by contract to process your content only to deliver our service and not to train their models on it.

4. When we share information

We share data only in these limited cases:

  • Service providers — vetted vendors for hosting, storage, payment processing, and AI drafting, under confidentiality and data-processing terms.
  • Legal reasons — when required by law, or to investigate and stop illegal activity, fraud, or safety threats.
  • Business transfers — if FanPull is involved in a merger or acquisition, data may transfer under the same protections described here.

We never sell your personal information or your content.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your content only as long as needed to provide the service. When you cancel and leave, your uploaded content is deleted, and you can request deletion at any time by emailing us. We may retain limited records (such as billing history) where required for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including access controls that limit content to your assigned strategist. No system is perfectly secure, but keeping your account safe is a priority, and part of our design is simply not holding your platform logins in the first place.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Age restriction

FanPull is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not permit content depicting anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor’s data or image has reached us, we will delete it and take appropriate action.

9. International transfers

We may process and store data in countries other than yours. Where we do, we take steps to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection consistent with applicable law.

10. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run and secure the dashboard, and limited analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break parts of the service.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service evolves. We will revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.

12. Contact
